We come now to the consideration of the method of promulgation of the science of Eschatology, and you will see that it is a method unlike that used by any of the many pretenders in the field of metaphysics today. It is a method which will appeal to only the comparatively few who will really appreciate it for its true worth. These few are the real thinkers, the real students, the workers who will take it up and carry it on in the same way that it was taken up and carried on by our trail blazer, William W. Walter.
It is not a money making scheme; if it were, you would have heard about it long ago. It is not advertised as a piece of merchandise would be. Such methods have never been found necessary to the growth of Eschatology. Without ballyhoo, without publicity, it has grown steadily since 1907 until today its students surround the globe. No direct attempt is made, however, to gather a huge number of followers. On the contrary, the most successful teachers are those who have taken pains to choose only those students who exhibit the proper spirit of respect for truth and a feeling of love for their fellow man. |
